Momoya

Don’t be fooled if it is quiet (we went on a Sunday so it was quiet then but no reflection on quality!). We ate here having been to Japan and the sushi is on par. Try the eel sushi! You’ll love it even if you think “no way would I...”. Really recommended. On our USA road trip it was refreshing to have some good fresh healthy food.

Kasey was our server. She was amazing and her recommendations were spot on. Fried rice was a highlight, best we've had.

We found Momoya while walking around downtown Memphis and the food was great. Kasey is an excellent and attentive server! I had the grilled yakisoba with veggies and a Japanista roll. They were both delicious. We were there on a Friday night and surprised at how empty it was. This restaurant needs more love!!

Great sushi and Japanese style food. Don’t be put off by quietness of restaurant, we had a range of sushi and some main dishes and all were tasty. The plum wine is also good. The servers were all polite and welcoming. Nice background music playing too.

i’ve been once before but it’s great!!! i love the sushi and the atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. Will be coming back
